Y’all it was bold of you to email me for a review but yes I did order from your store 22 days ago that I very unfortunately never received!! On day 3 I had to communicate this twice before I received an email on January 12th to say that it would be looked into with the marketing department. After waiting a week to hear from the marketing department I had to send another email correspondence the following Friday the 19th as a gentle reminder to get in touch about the order. After the weekend I received an email on Monday the 22nd stating that I’d be receiving a refund, and that ‘strangely my order was lost’. When I queried if I could just be sent my original order, I was subsequently told that the items I ordered were now out of stock. It’s completely understandable and no one’s fault at all, things go out of stock if they’re in demand, but this should have been communicated to me. It was incredibly tedious having to chase up my order, and I felt like I had been forgotten about, as a customer I should not have to reach out after a week to get clarification on the whereabouts of my order. The experience I had was incredibly disappointing and I almost felt like I was being a bother in my correspondence even though I was being inconvenienced. The ‘strange’ nature of my order getting lost is something that should have been communicated to me, and maybe if I had been notified in time there may have been a replacement still available. Honestly, I had quite an upsetting experience, I am hugely disappointed about not receiving this order as it was an important gift for somebody I care about. That being said, my upset about the order itself is minor in comparison to the disappointment in the customer service I received. I appreciate the audacity yous have to even ask for my feedback on my ‘fulfilled’ order. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to submit some feedback and I really hope y’all do better next time! :)
